Brand, website, and growth

Combs Waterkotte grew from a single-attorney practice into a multi-market criminal defense firm. Its digital presence needed to support that change: reaching people looking for legal help, explaining the firm’s services, and making the next step easy to understand.

Earlier agency relationships had not given the practice the attention or results it needed. As the firm grew and its partnership evolved, the work also had to connect branding, local search coverage, and internal intake workflows rather than treat them as separate projects.

The work

The approach.

  • A connected brand

The partnership’s rebrand brought the firm’s identity and website together. The updated direction extended beyond the screen, helping align the firm’s office environment with the same visual language.
  • Visibility where it matters

Practice-area and location content expanded the site’s search coverage. Local search work, Google Ads, and Local Services Ads supported lead generation across the firm’s growing service footprint.
  • Support for the next stage

Custom API connections linked case information and staff workflows across MyCase and REJIS. This helped the firm organize intake as both its lead volume and operational needs increased.

The result

The difference.

The project connected the public-facing website with the practical demands of a growing law firm. A coordinated brand, broader practice-area and location coverage, and more connected intake systems supported expansion without leaving the website or internal processes behind. The resulting case study brings together design, marketing, and operational development as parts of the same growth story.
  • A unified firm identity
  • Broader local search coverage
  • Connected intake workflows
